This is a meeting of the “Amasiko Bank”.
The women come to deposit whatever money they can spare, twice a week, and it is deposited into the “Big Green Box” which is The Bank of Amasiko.
Not only does this encourage and teach about saving, but it also allows women to borrow money in times of hardship.
